Where NPL or a member of the Ewopharma Group has a contract with a member of the European Federation of Pharmaceutical Industries, either Party may need to transfer personal data relating to healthcare professionals who have received value support from us for reporting requirements. Where NPL is subject directly to reporting requirements on transfers of value to healthcare professionals, NPL will retain your details for reporting in line with the applicable laws.
Where personal data of any nature is transferred outside of NPL, NPL shall take all necessary measures to ensure that it is properly protected under applicable privacy law. Where NPL transfers the personal data outside of the EEA, it will ensure that the recipients are covered by an adequacy decision of the European Commission. This means your personal data will be protected to the same level in that country as it would have been within the EEA.
Where personal data is obtained from you on the basis of your consent, your personal data will only be held for that period of time set out in the consent.
